I am very experienced in organising courses in the Alexander Technique and Stress Management for specific groups. So if your personnel officer wants to organise a relaxing, stress-freeing and fun day do contact me.

Also if you have a group (up to 12 people) and want me to run a Pilates course for you, please contact me.

Audio Cassette and CD

I have made a short audiocassette (or CD) for the Alexander Technique which accompanies Semi-Supine (12 minutes) and 3 daily activities (approx. 13 minutes).

Audiocassette costs £7.50, (P&P £1), CD £8.50 ((P&P £1).
